The Minds Behind fulfin

Fulfin was co-founded in 2018 by Dr. Alfred “Fredi” Gruber. Together with Samarth Mehrotra and Peer Simon, he forms the fulfin management team.

Fredi holds a doctorate in business administration and has many years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in corporate finance and digital lending. Samarth has extensive experience in technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Peer is a seasoned financial expert with many years of experience in sales, risk management, and growth financing. Together, they combine in-depth knowledge of finance, technology, and business growth.

Fulfin is operated by Isarlend GmbH, based in Munich. Managing Directors are Fredi Gruber and Peer Simon.

Since its founding in 2018, fulfin has grown steadily and established itself as one of the leading digital financing partners in the SME lending sector for e-commerce and healthcare professionals. Backed by renowned investors, fulfin receives strategic and financial support to develop innovative financing solutions.

Dr. Fredi Gruber

Co-Founder & MD

Dr. Fredi Gruber, CEO of Isarlend GmbH, earned his doctorate in Financial Sciences at the University of St. Gallen – HSG and worked for 14 years in investment banking. Most recently, he headed corporate banking at Deutsche Bank in Vienna. In 2018, together with a team of like-minded entrepreneurs, he founded fulfin, which today counts over 20 employees in an international team.

Peer Simon

Chief Growth Officer & MD

Peer Simon, Chief Growth Officer at fulfin, has 25 years of experience in banking and finance. After completing his training as a bank clerk and graduating as Dipl.-Kfm. (FernUni Hagen), he specialized in SME financing and sales management before focusing on venture debt and growth financing. At fulfin, he is responsible for the client lifecycle and various growth initiatives.
