Ask our founder and expert
In our Ask Fredi format, you’ll get answers to questions about finance that are on every e-commerce merchant’s mind. We’ll also give you an insight into what fulfin is all about and how we can take your e-commerce further.
But why exactly Fredi? Who is behind these names and why is he exactly the right contact person for these topics?

Hey Fredi, glad you took the time to answer all our e-commerce interested people’s questions. But before we get started, feel free to tell us a little more about yourself!
Sure, with pleasure, let’s start! All in all, I have been working in the financing sector for over 25 years now and also have some international experience. Among others, I have worked for a leading academic research institute, international investment banks and technology companies.
Now to my beginnings: In my early jobs, I was most exposed to the benefits of technology in financial risk management when I worked for Algorithmics, a leading provider of risk management software to the financial services industry.
After completing my Ph.D. in the financial sector I have worked for over 15 years in international Tier 1 investment banks in various functions in the areas of capital markets and corporate finance.
Then came an encounter that changed things for me: I met Nathan in 2017 and we soon discovered that we shared a vision to develop a dedicated loan product for e-commerce entrepreneurs, which in turn led to the creation of fulfin.
Now I am a regular speaker at financial and e-commerce conferences. I also hold a degree as a Certified Financial Risk Manager, have a Masters in Business Administration from Johannes Kepler University, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and a Ph.D. in Finance at the University of St. Gallen. As you can probably tell, I’m on fire for the topic of finance and everything around it!
Then you’re ready to go! First, Fredi tells you more about the topic “financial plan”!
The article on this will be published shortly. Stay tuned!
